Glad I can be the first review here. When looking for a builder, I had an idea of the finished project, as well as the price. Brad knew my vision from day one and executed it perfectly. To start with, he answered my request on a Sunday. When we set an appointment he showed up and was on time (I think even a touch early, which I am a fan of!), he was the ONLY contractor that showed up on time when I got quotes. After the meeting I had a quote by the end of the day. Again, the fastest to get the quote out. His price ended up being the most reasonable so we went for it.

They were neat, clean and tidy the entire time, making sure to keep as low an impact on the day to day living as possible. I also loved that it was the owner and one other person. My backyard wasn't full of random people wandering around the yard and there weren't trucks lining the entire block. They took their time, paid a LOT of attention to detail, worked steadily and were very thorough over the 4 days they were here. Believe me you don't want a rushed job. Could not be happier with the results either, this picture is EXACTLY how I had pictured the thing in my mind.
